Are you a homeowner in need of property maintenance and repair help so that you can meet the basic community and zoning standards?
Sycamore Township wants to extend hope and help those in need by offering quality repairs to homeowners through our network of volunteers and other resources.
Since the inception of the International Property Maintenance Code and the Zoning Resolution, many homeowners have needed repairs on their property and home that they are unable to complete either because they cannot physically do the work or because they cannot afford to do the work. This leaves many homeowners who would like to follow the Townships Property Maintenance Code and have their property meet the Township's standards unable to do so.
Below are a number of resources who will provide quailty service primarily through volunteer efforts to homeowners in need of repair and maintenance help.
