Tracy Kellums - Maintenance Superintendent Tracy Kellums took over as the Maintenance Superintendent in June 2006. He began his carreer with Sycamore Township as a laborer in 1983. As a previous foreman and laborer of the Maintenance Department, his past duties have included road and park maintenance as well as building and grounds. |
